There are two big things on the horizon here at MyPRGenie that we're extremely excited about. Spurred on by the success we experienced at BlogWorld 2009, we've decided to continue our industry presence and we'll be attending Ad:Tech 2009 in NY on Nov 4-6 and PRSA 2009 on Nov 7-10. Ad:Tech is a killer event for marketing and digital media, "killer" being that their schedule of events ranges from workshops on how to capture the local customer to discussions on entertainment media and what the current digital marketing platform looks like now and what it will look like tomorrow. So the conversations will reflect a whole array of topics...

I think my excitement about PRSA 2009 is self explanatory, PRSA is THE national Public Relations conference to go to. I think that now as media relies more and more on social media releases, twitter and social media communication such as through reader's comments etc. the landscape of PR has changed because journalism has changed rather drastically. So I can't wait for how PRSA addresses the advantages and disadvantages to this new terrain of public relations.

Anyways, we're psyched. Check us out when you're there. You might not be able to miss us, we'll have a few surprises waiting to be unleashed.
